1. Eiffel Tower

So, first on our list is The Eiffel Tower. It’s no surprise. A 324-metre-high iron lattice tower, it is one of the world’s most familiar structures. The tower was completed in 1889 – first as a gizmo for the World’s Fair. It proved so popular that, eventually, it was a permanent part of the city. Take one of their three elevators to the top for an enchanting view of Paris, or go for dinner in one of their two restaurants.

2. The Louvre

Moving on, we proceed to the most famous and biggest museum in the world. The museum receives more than eight million annual visitors, and houses iconic works like Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. Apart from an incredibly extensive art collection, the Louvre houses an enormous number of world archeological artefacts.

The world’s most popular street Champs-Elysees is third on our itinerary. The two-kilometre long avenue is dotted with trees, cafes and designer stores. This beautiful street is a pedestrian street, so you can stroll around the city centre shopping or stop in one of the cafes.

Notre Dame Cathedral is one of the most beautiful and popular churches in the world. It is a 12th-century gothic cathedral that has some of the most exquisite artworks in the world, and it is known for its rose windows. 7. Jardin des Tuileries

Paris is also home to the Jardin des Tuileries, which is a popular garden right in the centre of the city. There are plenty of interesting statues, fountains and fascinating trees in the garden.
